John Anderson was the Chief Executive Officer of 888 Holdings plc from September 2000 until December 2006. John led 888 Holdings in an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the main listing of the London Stock Exchange in September 2005. John remains a board member of 888.
John is also a board and founder member of eCOGRA – an independent entity that provides important player protections to online gaming consumers. He is current Chairman of the IGC, the leading online gaming industry body, as well as being deputy Chairman of the GBGA (Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association).
From 1996 John was Chief Executive Officer of Burford Holdings plc, a LSE listed UK property investment and dealing company, of which he led an MBO (management buy-out) in 2000 backed by Lehman Bros. John remains the non-executive Chairman of the Burford Group.
Prior to Burford, he was with Ladbroke Group plc., a FTSE 100 Company for 26 years working in a variety of divisions, including credit betting, cash betting, race-course management and Hilton International hotels, the group’s hotel subsidiary. From 1988 John was Chief Executive Officer of the property division of Ladbroke Group plc where he was responsible for the commercial property portfolio of the Group as well as the operational assets of its divisions and in particular the real estates assets of Hilton International. Between 1990 and 1996 John served as a main board director of Ladbroke Group Plc.
Priority Goals for the IGC:
John firmly believes in regulation of the industry and he will be pushing continually for that possibility to be achieved throughout the world.
John will also continue to help the IGC, enhance its reputation, especially in the areas of compliance, best practices and public relations.
John Coleman

John Coleman qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and was appointed Finance Director of Microgaming Software Systems Limited in 2004. Previously he was a Director of a licensed Corporate Service Provider in the Isle of Man, with specific responsibility for Finance and Compliance. John has been working closely with Roger Raatgever on all aspects of Microgaming’s involvement within the IGC since November 2005
John is 35 years old and has recently completed a law degree (LLB).

Tony Coles

In addition to a thriving mainstream commercial law practice, Jeffrey Green Russell’s Senior Partner Tony Coles is renowned in the leisure industry for his specialist knowledge of gaming and betting law.
Tony regularly lectures to an international audience on gaming issues and is a frequent contributor to gaming law periodicals and journals. He is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, The Society for the Study of Gambling, the European Association for the Study of Gambling and the International Gaming Gambling and Betting Association. He is a respected authority on gaming issues and is the author of the UK and betting exchange sectors of the Internet Gaming Report. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Gaming Law Review and for several years was co-chair of the International Symposium on Internet Gambling Law and Management. Tony enjoys an international reputation for the strength of his practice. Clients span a range of sizes and sectors and include a number of international household names in the leisure industry. In addition, he is secretary of the International Alliance of Law Firms, a worldwide network of law firms.
Fredrik Ekdahl

Fredrik Ekdahl is a lawyer from Sweden with a law degree from University of Stockholm and a US Master of Law from the University of Notre Dame. After graduation he worked for 5 years in a Stockholm law firm before starting his own company focusing on Entertainment Law. After that he became Legal and Regulatory Manager at the Malta based online gaming company Expekt.com where he ran the legal department with a special focus on regulatory matters and assisted in setting up EGBA. Fredrik joined PokerStars in December 2007 as Director of Corporate Affairs EMEA.
John Kennedy FitzGerald

A lawyer in private practice in Toronto, and serves as current Chief Executive and board member of the IGC. Previously, he also served as a director during his term as General Counsel of CryptoLogic Inc., a leading i-gaming software provider listed on the TSX, NASDAQ and London Stock Exchange. Subsequent to his tenure with CryptoLogic, FitzGerald worked as a legal consultant and strategic advisor to some of the industry’s largest and most reputable interactive gaming companies.

Keith Furlong

Keith Furlong is vice president of the Catania Consulting Group, Inc., a New Jersey-based gaming consultancy and lobbying firm.
He previously served as the Public Information Officer and Legislative Liaison for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), the casino regulatory arm of the Attorney General’s Office.
He has been published on a wide array of casino gaming and government affairs topics in gaming magazines, trade journals and regional newspapers. He serves on the editorial board for Gaming Law Review, the advisory board of iGaming News and is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).
Chris Hobbs

Ian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Law Offices of Ian J. Imrich, a Professional Corporation. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts within the State of California. Mr. Imrich has been in private law practice for 18 years. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Imrich has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters across a broad spectrum of business, intellectual property, entertainment, and gaming law issues that confront his diverse clientele. He has handled domestic as well as complex cross-border transactions in these and related practice areas. He is frequently consulted on business, intellectual property, and entertainment matters and has handled numerous transaction in the gaming and non-gaming sectors.
Mr. Imrich is a Member of American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section and California State Bar Litigation Section. He is also a long-standing member of the ABA Forum Committee on Entertainment and Sports Law, and is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law. Mr. Imrich regularly serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and for the Superior Court of Los Angeles. Mr. Imrich obtained his B.A. degree in 1986 from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1989. He was born on March 2nd 1964 in Los Angeles.
Steve Kraut

Steve Kraut, an accountant and lawyer, joined the Rational Services team from the United States in October as Director of Corporate Affairs for the Americas working out of the Isle of Man office. He most recently served as Executive Director of the American Veal Association where he was primarily responsible for the legislative and regulatory affairs of the US special fed veal industry.
Steve's interests involve poker and other games of skill, travel (he and his wife have participated in several African safaris), various outdoor activities and most all sporting activities. He is married with two daughters and two (very spoiled) grandchildren.
